Mandatory IL Wokrkplace Harassment Training

To continue our efforts in this area, we now require all employees to complete the following course provided by Paychex Learning. Some of you may have already participated in this course previously through Guardian HR as a new hire, or during LTI’s recertification process. LTI requires all employees to recertify now and continue to recertify annually in July/August of each year.

This online learning course will help you develop an understanding of harassment, sexual violence, and unlawful discrimination, how they may show up, and our individual and collective responsibility to prevent them. By increasing awareness and knowledge of these issues, we equip all employees with the tools to co-create a safe working, and living environment free from violence, unlawful discrimination, and harassment.


A link to complete the mandatory training from Paychex Flex Learning has been sent to your email. You can also access the Paychex app on your phone or the website on your phone or computer then follow these steps:

  1. Click on “GO TO COURSE”
  2. It will prompt you to sign in using your Paychex Flex login in.
  3. From the Flex Dashboard “, click on the “Training Tile”. You will now be in Paychex Learning.
  4. Click on “My Learning” – you will see a “tile” for the US Workplace Harassment training.
  5. Click Start and you may begin training.

 

The training will take approximately 45 minutes – you may stop and start the training at your convenience.



This training is not optional, it is mandatory for all employees and is also in compliance with the State of Illinois Sexual Harassment Training requirements, a state in which LTI both has a facility and does business in. Again, you will also be required to recertify this training annually.
