Over the last few months, LTI has made several exciting changes that have greatly enhanced our drivers’ profitability. First, we adjusted our Per Diem structure, adding approximately $2,500 to drivers’ annual take home pay. Then, we created a new ValueLease Program, making it the best lease purchase program in the industry.
Now, we’ve made a number of significant improvements to our driver pay, including an across-the-board pay raise for all drivers!
Pay Increase
For starters, LTI has given all company drivers a $.01 per mile raise on their base pay. In addition, we’ve increased our incentive pay. What used to be a $.03 quarterly productivity bonus is now 2 separate bonuses equating to $.04, paid weekly. Earn $.02 per mile for Productivity, and $.02 per mile for Safety. These incentives will now be part of your weekly paycheck, instead a quarterly bonus! We’ve also increased our max Loyalty Bonus from $.03 to $.04! These changes alone potentially add thousands of dollars to our drivers’ annual salary.
LTI also offers a $4,500 Referral Bonus for every driver you refer!
Furthermore, Lease Purchase Drivers & Owner Operators are eligible for the weekly Safety & Productivity pay as well!
Max Pay
On top of pay raises, incentives, and additional compensation, we’ve also drastically increased our max pay. Previously, company drivers’ pay capped out at $.51 per mile. Now, with all our changes, our max pay is $.58 per mile! Max pay for loads under 300 miles is $.65 per mile!
Compensation for Shorter Loads
In the past, LTI paid an additional $.06 per mile on loads less than 300 miles. Now, we’ve increases that additional pay to $.09 per mile! Drivers will always earn a substantial and competitive income, regardless of length of load.
