We are excited to inform you of LTI’s new and improved Referral & Mentor Program! As a part of the LTI team, you have the opportunity to attract the best drivers in the industry.  At LTI, it is everyone’s responsibility to keep the quality of our workforce high – and who else to better identify drivers that can be a great addition than our very own drivers?

 

The New Referral & Mentoring Program has two components:

  • Introduce outside drivers to LTI, and
  • Mentor them during their first year of employment

 

When you refer a driver and he/she is hired on you will receive a payout upon their first dispatch.  You will then receive payouts at the 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month anniversary with LTI. 

  • 1st Disptach: $500
  • 3 Month Anniversary: $500
  • 6 Month Anniversary: $1,000
  • 12 Month Anniversary: $1,000
  • For a total of: $3,000

 

During this payout period, it is up to you to stay in constant communication with your drivers.  Learning the ropes at a new carrier can be difficult, which is why you must mentor the individuals that you bring on and ensure that they are adjusting well to the company.  If there is anything you can do to for your drivers, it is in your best interest to be a resource for them as much as possible.

 

In addition to the referenced payouts above, starting May 1, 2018 (Q2) LTI is also going to reward the top 3 drivers who refer the most (a minimum of 5) drivers hired to the company during a fiscal quarter with an additional $1,000/quarter paid out in one lump sum!

To help keep you posted on our progress we have created a monthly Referral & Mentor Statement that you will receive monthly and will recap what drivers you are receiving earnings from.  It will also show your drivers’ contact info so that you can stay in touch.

 

In the meantime, keep an eye out for potential hires.  We are currently looking for: OTR, Midwest, Owner Operator/Lease Purchase, Dedicated, Transitional and Team drivers who are 23+ years old, living within our lanes, and with a background clean of major accidents, DUI’s, etc.

 

Simply pass on their information to the Recruiting Dept. and we’ll tell them A to Z what they need to know.  From that point on stay in touch with us and your driver to ensure that their first year is a success.
