On the week of 3/19, LTI made a charitable delivery to Destiny Church, providing food for various nonprofits to distribute to those in need!
LTI driver, Carl Larue, originally brought this opportunity to LTI and we were more than happy to help. LTI driver, Joel Berry, made the delivery from Springfield, MO to Destiny Church in St. Louis, MO.
“Destiny Church received 40,000 MRE’s (Meal Ready to Eat) as a donation from Convoy of Hope in Springfield, MO. To get these meals into the homes of hungry individuals, it would not have been possible without the generous donation of free trucking provided by LTI Trucking Services. Already we have distributed 20,000 meals to various non-profits in the St. Louis region who feed the hungry on a daily basis. Thank you so much to our friends and partners at Convoy of Hope and LTI Trucking.” – Cassaundra Eden Destiny Church
A big thanks to driver Joel Berry for delivering the load, driver Carl Larue for putting the church in contact with us, Kevin Boeckmann, Phil Hamel, John Sturm, Jerry Henrichs, and Dan Fernlund for their hard work in making this happen to serve the community in which we work.
